Increased 5xx Errors

Problem Identified

We’re aware that our data centre provider has some issues while performing scheduled network maintenance. Connectivity towards Cloudflare and some other networks through Equinix Ashburn are affected. We’ve disabled Cloudflare proxy temporarily to mitigate this issue.

You might still notice increased error rates as the issue hasn’t be resolved fully.

Investigating has experienced an increased level of HTTP 5xx errors due to connectivity issues in our major data centre. We’re working with our vendor to fix this issue.
